Are your maids bonded and checked for a criminal history before becoming a maid for your cleaning service?
Maid Experts is very careful with your belongings, but it's good to know that you are protected against loss and/or breakage that may occur while we clean your home. All of our maids go through a thorough background check and are bonded for your protection.
Must I be at home when you clean my house?
It's your choice. Many of our Maid Experts customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Others are home while we clean.
How do you protect my keys?
Your key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only the Maid Experts managers have access. The key is issued to the team leader on the day of the cleaning and then returned back to the managers to get stored back in the lock box.
What if I would like something cleaned that is not part of your home cleaning system?
The Maids Experts offers a wide variety of additional home services and special projects that can be tailored to your exact needs. Contact our office and for more information about specific projects and guidelines.
Do I need to provide my own house cleaning products?
The Maid Experts will always be prepared to clean your home with our own supplies. If in any case you have preferable cleaning products just direct us to them with specific instructions and we will get right to them.
Will I always have the same maid service team?
We make every effort to have the same team in your home. Occasionally there may be a change in a team member due to illness. The Maids Experts team leader's job is to learn your home and to teach the team members to deliver the quality that you would expect.
How do I pay for your residential cleaning services?
Payment is due at the end of service. You may pay by cash, personal check or credit cards. Our most Hassle- free payment method is having a credit on file so that we can charge your card after every cleaning. We accept all major credit cards.
What are your house cleaning rates?
Fees are based on the condition and size of the home. It is best to contact our local office and speak to one of our representatives for a FREE on the phone estimate. We will walk you through our cleaning processes and provide you with a price for a service that has been created to fit your specific needs.
Is your house cleaning work guaranteed?
All of our work has 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're unhappy with any area we've cleaned, just call within 24 hours and we'll come back and re clean it free of charge.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 2 business days notice if you need to change or cancel your scheduled cleaning. Less than 2 days notice may result in a $45 cancellation fee.
